Welcome!

Experience the healing power of art therapy in our group sessions, either in person or online. Our interventions target anger management, anxiety, depression, and addiction, while aiming to develop social skills, self-awareness, and self-esteem.

Group Therapy Sessions

Our group therapy sessions provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves through art-based interventions. It's a supportive environment where participants can explore their emotions and experiences. We offer separate groups tailored for different age categories: preschool children, elementary school chlidren , adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Anger Management

Our anger management group sessions integrate art therapy techniques to help participants understand and manage their emotions in a constructive way. It's a non-judgmental setting for individuals to work through their anger issues.

Anxiety and Depression

Through art therapy, our group interventions address the challenges of anxiety and depression, offering a creative outlet for individuals to express their feelings and find inner peace.

Me and Society: Communication Skills

This group focuses on the relationship between the individual and society, with a special emphasis on communication. Participants will explore how they connect with others, express themselves, and build healthy relationships. Through discussions and art therapy practices, the group creates a supportive space to develop confidence, improve social skills, and experience a stronger sense of belonging.

The Stronger Self Group is designed to help participants build self-esteem, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen self-awareness. You will explore your thoughts and feelings, discover your strengths, and learn new ways to value yourself.

Child and parent art activities in group

This group offers a creative space where children and parents can connect through shared art-making. Together you will explore playful activities that strengthen bonds, improve communication, and create joyful memories. Art therapy methods are integrated to support emotional expression, cooperation, and a deeper understanding between parent and child. 

Art-therapy groups for couples

This therapy group is designed for couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. In a safe and supportive art environment, partners will explore their emotions, practice new ways of connecting, and build healthier patterns of interaction. 

Digital threads

The Digital Threads group examines how digital environments influence identity, communication, and social interaction. Participants engage in reflective discussions and creative art therapy practices to better understand their online and offline selves, and to develop healthier ways of navigating the digital landscape.

Kids' social skills development

This group supports children in developing essential social skills through play, creative activities, and art therapy. In a safe and engaging environment, kids practice communication, cooperation, and emotional expression while building confidence in connecting with others.

Healing from alcohol, smoking and narcotic addiction

The group focuses on recovery from addictions by combining self-reflection, peer support, and practical tools for daily life. It is open to anyone seeking change, stability, and healthier ways of living. Art therapy methods are integrated into the sessions to support self-expression, emotional regulation, and creativity in the healing process.
